Factor Eleven is the leading drive-to-store revenue platform for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands. Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of digital promotion communication — from media planning and ad creation through campaign delivery, billing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Commercial Framework in day-to-day client and business work
• Track, analyze, and interpret KPIs, budgets, and performance trends
• Prepare performance analyses, uplift arguments, and business case inputs
• Explain CF methodologies including test logic and uplift calculations to stakeholders
• Translate customer strategy and retail priorities into actionable performance measures
• Support the migration of traditional offline and print activities into digital retail offerings
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Media Experts
• Build understanding of assortments, store structures, and trade cycles to contextualize recommendations

Requirements

• 3-5 years in consulting or 5-8 years in commercial retail or FMCG roles
• Strong understanding of brick-and-mortar retail, assortments, and POS logic
• Experience in trade marketing, trail marketing, or commercial strategies
• Solid analytical skills including KPI tracking and budget logic
• Experience applying structured performance methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Clear and structured communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
