Senior Manager, Residential Revenue FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the development and analysis of financial plans and reports for the Residential Revenue organization.
• Drive strategic financial projects and provide insights that influence long-term planning and immediate business decisions.
• Develop and refine complex financial models to support decision-making on strategic growth initiatives like Xfinity Mobile.
• Simplify and communicate complex financial data to ensure clarity and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive economic evaluations to inform financial strategy and investment decisions.
• Identify and analyze emerging financial trends to integrate them into strategic forecasting.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market leaders to consolidate financial results and enhance effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and financial analytics.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
