Senior Manager - Residential & Hotel Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of governance processes across the Residential portfolio.
• Own the preparation and coordination of presentation materials for key governance forums and executive committees.
• Develop clear, decision-led presentations and consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams into cohesive executive packs.
• Ensure all Stage Gate submissions meet governance requirements, including documentation completeness and alignment with approved templates.
• Provide quality assurance reviews of Stage Gate packs to ensure high first-time approval success.
• Act as the central coordination point between stakeholders including Residential Development, Delivery, Commercial, and Finance.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of Stage Gate processes, templates, and governance tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 15 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or PMO/governance roles.
• Strong understanding of large-scale master-planned developments and Stage Gate processes aligned with RIBA stages.
• Proven experience in executive reporting and high-level stakeholder management.
