About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive end-to-end market research projects, including design, methodology, and execution, to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop research proposals and plans, managing target audiences, quotas, and timing to meet business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships with high-quality partners, including full-service, fielding, and panel providers.
  • Coordinate, analyze, and present complex market research data from multiple sources to advise senior management on strategic actions.
  • Foster trust with internal stakeholders and business lines, providing consultative support during strategy, ideation, and execution phases.
  • Showcase and advocate for research strategy and insights through various internal channels and hubs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of advanced experience in market research.
  • Thorough understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research processes.
  • Extensive working knowledge of multi-variant statistical techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Undergraduate degree in commerce, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of SPSS.
  • Experience using Qualtrics and Medallia.
  • Completed Market Research certificate program.
  • Specialized qualitative training or Qualitative Research Associate designation.
