About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to Remote Screening Site operations
- Develop and track budgets for RSS logistics operations
- Coordinate resource responsibilities with LA28 Security and NSSE
- Write logistics policies, procedures, and operating plans
- Oversee daily operations of RSS locations during Games-time
- Lead incident response and resolution for logistics-related issues
- Monitor RSS activities using command center tools and dashboards
- Support staff training and performance monitoring
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive logistics, security, or venue operations leadership experience
- Proven management of 5+ direct reports and 25+ staff members
- Strong technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working in multi-cultural and multi-national environments
- Ability to work on complex, tight, and immovable timelines
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Criminal Justice, or a relevant field
- Proficiency with Smartsheet
