Senior Manager, Regulatory Strategic Planning

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for Global Regulatory Product Teams (GRPTs) to ensure regulatory milestones are planned and tracked.
• Facilitate key meetings including Dossier Kick-off Meetings, Regulatory Strategic Reviews, and Regulatory Advisory Panels.
• Drive GRPT operations in support of the Global Regulatory Lead, maintaining up-to-date team sites, rosters, and schedules.
• Plan and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory compliance and productivity.
• Communicate regulatory milestones and progress updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and maintain process models, manage budgets, contracts, and reporting-related processes.
• Analyze business performance metrics to drive organizational quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, pharmacy, etc.), math, engineering, or business management.
• 7 years of related professional experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to interact with senior management and executives.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science, math, business management, or engineering.
• Professional certifications such as RAC (Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
