Senior Manager Regulatory Relations UK & Regulatory Programmes Europe, Compliance

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary manager for interfaces with UK regulatory authorities, including the FCA and PRA.
• Coordinate supervisory exam management, monitor continuous regulatory interactions, and report on regulatory topics to senior management.
• Monitor remediation commitments made to UK regulators and assist in preparing formal responses to regulatory letters.
• Project manage key European compliance programmes, including remediation, regulatory change, and operational enhancement initiatives.
• Support the completion of gap analyses and the implementation of regulatory developments for the Compliance Department.
• Track examinations and findings to extract relevant KRIs and KPIs for reporting.

Requirements

• Solid and relevant compliance experience within a financial institution.
• Broad knowledge of European regulatory rules, guidance, and principles.
• Deep understanding of the European financial services sector, including banking, capital markets, and trading.
• Proven data and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
