Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs Ad Promo/Regulatory Strategy

Responsibilities

• Perform regulatory reviews of advertising and promotional materials for pharma and OTC products
• Provide proactive regulatory advice to Marketing and Medical Affairs regarding product claims and sales campaigns
• Manage the preparation and electronic submission of promotional materials to regulatory agencies
• Monitor the US and international regulatory environment, including reviewing enforcement letters and guidelines
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new product introductions and product changes
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, questions, or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies
• Provide strategic direction to teams and negotiate evidence requirements with regulatory agencies
• Ensure all product information changes are accurately reflected in current promotions and advertising

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs or a related field
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX
