Senior Manager - Regional Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business plans, including O&M and Capital budgets.
• Oversee work processes and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovation.
• Lead, train, and develop personnel while managing performance and accountability.
• Coordinate key contract bids and awards in partnership with Procurement and Finance.
• Oversee service restoration processes and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving during gas emergencies.
• Manage employee, labor, and customer relations, fostering constructive relationships with union leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and safe work procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 13-15 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience driving performance and engagement.
• Strong financial management skills and experience managing budgets and contracts.
• Thorough knowledge of gas utilization equipment repair, maintenance, and engineering disciplines.
• Experience working within a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of Federal and state gas regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations.
