Senior Manager - Regional Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business plans, including O&M and Capital budgets
• Oversee work processes and implement continuous process improvements
• Lead, train, and develop personnel while managing performance and accountability
• Coordinate key contract bids and resolve invoice processing with Finance and Procurement
• Oversee service restoration processes and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving during gas emergencies
• Manage employee, labor, and customer relations, fostering constructive relationships with union leadership
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and safe work procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 12+ years, or High School Diploma with 13-15 years of experience
• 5+ years of team leadership experience, preferably in a unionized environment
• Strong financial management skills and experience administering budgets and contracts
• Thorough knowledge of gas utilization equipment repair, maintenance, and engineering disciplines
• Deep understanding of Federal and state regulations regarding gas operations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a safe work environment

• Prior experience with project management
• Experience leading teams within a unionized environment
