Senior Manager Regional Market Access

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adaptation of regional value propositions, economic models, and evidence generation plans.
• Drive product integration into regional healthcare information and prescription systems, ensuring inclusion in hospital pharmacotherapeutic guides.
• Act as a key access partner with payers, health authorities, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal access results.
• Define and optimize regional business models and access pathways aligned with local healthcare system needs.
• Provide expert market access insights to medical, regulatory, legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Transform complex clinical, economic, and regulatory information into clear, influential value propositions for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Health Sciences.
• 3-5 years of regional or national market access experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in regional and hospital access management and interaction with key sector stakeholders.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
• Advanced strategic vision with high analytical capacity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required by the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies or solid experience in Market Access, Health Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in commercial, marketing, or sales functions.
