Senior Manager, Regional Finance

Responsibilities

• Direct the financial roadmap for assigned regions to ensure scalability and consistency in reporting
• Oversee regional financial operations and optimize payment ecosystems for users and drivers
• Drive the implementation of advanced financial systems and automated reconciliation processes
• Maintain oversight of statutory compliance and multi-jurisdictional audits to mitigate risk
• Act as the primary financial liaison for regional leadership, translating data into strategic narratives
• Identify levers for cost optimization and margin improvement through proactive tax and operational strategies

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting with a track record in regional operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Mandatory professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of IFRS, multi-currency consolidations, and international tax regulations
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Platform (O2O), Logistics, or Hyper-growth Tech industries
• Proficiency in regional languages relevant to Lalamove's global markets
