About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for a customer-centric reception program, overseeing a national team of over 150 employees
- Guide and direct geographic managers to ensure operational continuity and excellence
- Monitor and analyze program service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous process improvement
- Manage budgets and P&L oversight to meet financial targets and reduce operational expenses
- Design and implement project plans to advance information systems and organizational goals
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professional development, and effective conflict resolution across a diverse workforce
- Partner with executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives and strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management and operations, preferably in a corporate environment
- 7+ years of experience with direct supervision of management-level staff (60+ employees)
- Proven experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Proficiency in Project Management Software such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Projects
- Strong ability to communicate high-level strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
