Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuation

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of valuation professionals in executing the full-cycle appraisal process for a $16.4B global real estate portfolio.
• Provide valuation governance and apply technical expertise to challenge and substantiate valuation results.
• Oversee reporting deliverables and drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Lead engagement with external auditors and manage valuation-related requirements for audit processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of real estate valuation policies to drive standardization and scalability across the global portfolio.
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance process efficiency, including the implementation of AI and BI tools.
• Coach and mentor team members through technical training and professional mentorship.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Designated valuation specialist credential (e.g., AACI, MRICS, MAI).
• 10+ years of professional experience in real estate valuation.
• Prior management experience leading a team and partnering with investment professionals.
• High proficiency in Argus Enterprise and strong MS Office skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies applicable to a global portfolio.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate challenging conversations.
