Senior Manager, Real Estate Tax Advisory

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to proactively win new work and expand existing accounts
• Manage the successful delivery of technically complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a business-focused approach
• Take overall responsibility for the quality of client service and manage leads from other practice areas
• Develop junior staff through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring
• Contribute to team management, including strategy, operations, and staff assignments
• Build internal and external networks to leverage for team growth

Requirements

• ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, or Law qualification
• Degree qualified
• Experienced corporate tax practitioner
• Proven experience working within the Real Estate sector
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to read and interpret existing and new tax statutes
• Experience in a client-facing role within UK tax or a similar jurisdiction

• Strong international and UK tax technical skills
• Proven business development skills with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong business acumen and experience managing engagement financial results
