Senior Manager - Quality Programs

Responsibilities

• Own and lead enterprise-wide quality programs including risk management, CAPA, supplier quality, and audits
• Translate quality strategy into scalable programs, tools, and governance models
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor program effectiveness
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to embed quality requirements
• Oversee supplier quality programs, including qualification, performance monitoring, and audits
• Drive root cause analysis and systemic corrective actions for quality issues
• Ensure alignment with quality standards such as ISO and FDA
• Lead, mentor, and develop quality program managers and cross-functional team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in quality, operations, or program management
• Experience within consumer goods, manufacturing, or a regulated product environment
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional quality programs
• Strong knowledge of QMS, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Quality certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lead Auditor
• Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Demonstrated success driving cultural change around quality
