Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Customer Technical Support activities, serving as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Own and coordinate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions, ensuring accuracy in PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA.
• Interpret and enforce Customer-Specific Requirements (CSRs) across quality, manufacturing, and engineering functions.
• Manage responses to customer technical questionnaires, audits, and environmental/sustainability surveys (RoHS, REACH, etc.).
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness reviews, including qualification builds and reliability testing.
• Lead structured problem-solving efforts, such as 8D and root cause analysis, for customer escalations.
• Mentor and develop a team of Quality Engineers to drive customer confidence and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality engineering, or customer technical support.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or program management role.
• BSEE with 10+ years of experience or MSEE with 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
• Hands-on experience managing PPAP submissions and Customer-Specific Requirements (CSRs).
• Ability to support domestic and international business travel.
