About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Quality Engineering professionals focused on validating cloud-native, data-intensive, and AI-driven security operations automation systems.
- Define and execute quality engineering strategy for intelligent automation, including detection pipelines, incident response playbooks, and autonomous agent-based systems.
- Design and implement scalable testing frameworks for AI models, LLM workflows, reasoning agents, and autonomous task execution.
- Establish validation methodologies for LLM accuracy, reliability, latency, bias detection, and safety guardrails.
- Partner with software engineering, data science, and threat detection teams to ensure high-fidelity automation across the security ecosystem.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading Quality Engineering teams supporting cloud-native and distributed software platforms.
- Proven experience validating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language model (LLM) driven applications.
- Expertise in designing automation frameworks and scalable testing strategies for complex software systems.
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, observability, and performance engineering.
- Experience working with autonomous systems, reasoning agents, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor engineers and drive high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cybersecurity, security operations, or managed detection and response (MDR) environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience evaluating agentic artificial intelligence frameworks and LLM applications.
- Knowledge of machine learning operations (MLOps), AI governance, and model lifecycle management.
