Senior Manager, Protective Services

Responsibilities

• Implement security measures to ensure the safety of the executive team at home, work, and during worldwide travel
• Conduct logistical planning and operational support for executive protection and associated travel
• Perform risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats
• Develop and implement comprehensive transportation security strategies
• Provide day-to-day discrete executive protection services and respond to emergencies
• Conduct investigations and incident response activities in collaboration with authorities
• Coordinate with family offices to secure property and equipment during travel
• Plan secure routes and act as a liaison with local, state, and federal emergency agencies

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of related executive protection and security experience
• Active HR-218 credential (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience in contingency planning, counter-surveillance, and protective intelligence
• Knowledge of security driving tactics and basic medical response
• Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance cameras, and screening equipment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, often on short notice

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in corporate executive protection
• Good physical fitness and knowledge of realistic self-defense tactics
