Senior Manager, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Translate client briefs into clear directions for writers and content teams to ensure high-quality medical communications.
• Manage assigned account teams, providing regular feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of professional growth.
• Oversee financial management tasks including SOW preparation, quotations, RFP responses, and timely invoicing.
• Monitor project metrics, timelines, and capacity utilization to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Build and maintain influential relationships with key client stakeholders and drive governance meetings.
• Identify project risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or Pharma (MBA preferred).
• 8 years of client servicing and project management experience within a pharma company or medical communications agency.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Expertise in project management tools such as SharePoint, MS Business Central, and Datavision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Bangalore, including monthly client office visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience working with Western clients.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance day-to-day workstreams.
