Senior Manager, Project Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Advisory projects including Lender’s Independent Project Monitoring, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Management
• Act as the key point of contact for clients to ensure objectives are met with appropriate quality standards
• Perform regular project monitoring from both project management and cost management perspectives
• Draft procurement and contract strategies, including risk mitigation plans
• Negotiate with external stakeholders as a client representative
• Develop new business opportunities and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Manage project financials, including scheduled invoicing and monitoring project status
• Ensure knowledge management by entering key learnings into internal databases

Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of project, cost, or construction management experience in the construction industry
• Professional certification such as MRICS, CCMJ, First-Class Architect, or equivalent
• Thorough understanding of the complete project lifecycle
• Experience leading large-scale and complex construction projects
• Direct experience in data center projects (design, procurement, commissioning)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)

• Previous consulting experience
