About the role
Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders in executing strategic priorities and managing business programs to promote profitable operations.
- Provide strategic counsel and data-driven insights through advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, recommending solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and operational performance.
- Lead the development of business cases, identifying needs, analyzing options, and assessing expected return on investment.
- Manage the execution of strategic initiatives and business programs, ensuring alignment with financial and business goals.
- Define business requirements for analytics and reporting to ensure data insights inform critical decision-making.
- Build and lead change management plans, including stakeholder management, readiness assessments, and communication strategies.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, addressing issues and managing unit operating expenses in accordance with forecasts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic management, program management, or business analytics.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and regulators.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex strategic problems.
- Expert influence and negotiation skills to achieve business objectives and align stakeholders.
- Expert data-driven decision-making skills and ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
