Senior Manager, Program Manager- Submarine Imaging Systems

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and coordinate cross-functional program teams to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget
• Manage a large, dynamic P&L and oversee the full project lifecycle in alignment with contractual requirements
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) processes
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and opportunities within a dynamic international environment
• Serve as the primary stakeholder interface for internal leadership, international customers, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, export controls (ITAR/EAR), and contractual obligations
• Support business development activities, including proposal efforts, change control, and negotiations
• Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading review sessions regarding cost, schedule, and technical performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with 10+ years of experience, OR 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading a highly visible, fast-paced portfolio reporting directly to a Program Director
• Proven experience leading portfolios with reportable Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience managing development, transition to production, and low-rate production programs
• Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Program Manager for international customers or major prime contractors
• Experience with undersea systems
• PMP Certification
• Strong interpersonal, EQ, and communication skills
• Experience with ITAR/EAR regulations
