Senior Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management function and establish scalable governance, delivery frameworks, and operating practices
• Drive execution of strategic product, platform, and business initiatives to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to coordinate cross-functional planning and release activities
• Manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and trade-offs
• Provide executive leadership with visibility into portfolio health, delivery performance, and key metrics
• Lead governance and delivery processes for AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation initiatives
• Coach, develop, and lead a team of Program Managers

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Program Managers or delivery professionals
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, and Security
• Proven success building, scaling, or transforming PMO organizations
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI-driven SDLC, DevOps, and program management processes
• Experience managing portfolio governance, risk management, and capacity planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data security, encryption, tokenization, or key management
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and responsible AI governance frameworks
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or CSM certifications
