Senior Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight, ensuring program success and compliance.
• Monitor program performance, schedules, and key milestones.
• Provide leadership and guidance to integrated product teams (IPTs) and team leads.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by monitoring budgets and performing financial analysis and projections.
• Manage program risks, opportunities, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with functional offices including supply chain, finance, contracts, and security to ensure program support.
• Lead program proposal efforts and manage reporting requirements such as CDRL, MOR, and PMR submissions.
• Communicate program status and critical issues to L3Harris leadership and Government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience; OR
• Graduate Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience; OR
• 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
• Experience managing programs with DoD or Intelligence Community Organizations.
• Deep knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience managing agile ceremonies.
• Ability to travel up to 20% in support of program activities.
• Proven ability to influence changes to processes, systems, or products.
