Senior Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a disciplined operating cadence to meet contractual commitments and revenue goals
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across the EVgo value-chain, including Site Development, Engineering, Grid, and Construction
• Develop and manage executive-level partner relationships to achieve shared strategic goals
• Own forecasting for construction starts and operational completion to ensure accurate budget planning
• Proactively manage and communicate risks regarding cost, schedule, and stakeholder relationships
• Provide performance analytics and actionable dashboards to enable confident, data-driven decision-making
• Drive continuous process improvement to ensure predictable and scalable project delivery

Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's, or 5+ years with a PhD
• Proven experience in large-scale portfolio management, ideally managing hundreds of concurrent projects
• Strong data analytics skills and experience building actionable performance dashboards
• High level of financial acumen and experience with budget forecasting
• Experience working within matrixed organizations and managing complex stakeholder relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent professional certification
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and project portfolio management tools
• Working knowledge of site development, utilities, permitting, construction, and procurement processes
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and build a high-performance culture
