Senior Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead development programs for Small Form Factor and space-based architectures and systems
• Manage the full program lifecycle, including pursuit, capture, development, and transition to production
• Execute internally funded research and development (IR&D) and externally funded customer programs
• Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to achieve milestones
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and execution strategies
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitor cost, schedule, and performance
• Coordinate with government customers and external contractors to support program objectives

Requirements

• University Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
• Expertise in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to complex development programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
• Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Proactive Risk and Opportunity management experience
• Strong project management background leading complex technical development projects
