Senior Manager, Production

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of content across global campaigns, editorial, commerce, and social initiatives
• Manage production timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder alignment
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets
• Oversee relationships with photographers, videographers, editors, and production vendors
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and channel-specific requirements
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and identify opportunities to improve production workflows and efficiencies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in content, editorial, or creative production within a brand or agency
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content production across multiple digital and social platforms
• Strong understanding of photography, video production, and digital content creation
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing agencies, production partners, and cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
