Senior Manager Production Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic production site planning, including personnel, capacity, and production planning
• Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term planning to align capacity and personnel with demand
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure realistic and actionable plans
• Analyze KPIs and production data to implement measures for increasing productivity and efficiency
• Continuously improve planning, reporting, and governance processes while ensuring high data quality
• Create management reports and decision templates for site management and stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in production, capacity, or personnel planning
• Experience in FMCG, production, or supply chain environments preferred
• Deep knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive data-driven decisions
• Proficiency with ERP, BI, and/or Workforce Management systems
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
