Senior Manager, Product Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities through market research and feasibility analyses
• Develop and own comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, and pricing
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to ensure successful execution
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to optimize product offerings
• Manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Proven success in leading new product launches or entering new markets
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to work onsite in Toronto 4–5 days per week
