Senior Manager, Product Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs across segments and regions through interviews, competitor analysis, and data analysis
• Collaborate with product and strategic partnership teams to translate customer needs into market-leading product and commercial strategies
• Deliver high-quality product experiences in close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, legal, and pricing teams
• Leverage first principles problem solving to develop strategic "big product bets" to unlock new business use cases
• Embed robust ways of working and best practices across product, commercial, and strategy teams
• Communicate key strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the CEO and VP of Global Product
• Drive new initiatives from zero to one, working cross-functionally to ensure high-quality product outcomes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a product strategy function at a fast-growing tech company
• Strong analytical and first principles-led problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively across diverse teams such as sales, operations, design, and data analytics
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify, prioritize, and deep-dive into complex problems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with demonstrated academic achievement
