Senior Manager, Product

Responsibilities

• Drive product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
• Define product strategy and roadmaps for Creator Platform areas
• Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform prioritization
• Identify opportunities across creation tools, publishing, and monetization
• Improve existing platform and commerce capabilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management, strategy, or consulting experience
• Experience operating live platforms with user-generated content or creator ecosystems
• Experience with digital economies, marketplaces, or monetized ecosystems
• Experience building developer or creator platforms (APIs, SDKs, tools)
• Strong product judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UGC products or live-service game products
• Familiarity with modding ecosystems or player-driven platforms
• Experience designing shared incentive systems (monetization, discovery)
• Experience with experimentation and platform growth initiatives
• Passion for gaming and online communities
