Senior Manager, Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic workflows that proactively manage work for users
• Prototype and implement intelligent systems for complex reasoning tasks like liquidity balancing and preference matching
• Translate high-level business objectives into functional AI prototypes and automated pipelines
• Use programmatic analysis to identify user journey friction and deploy self-healing layers

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering experience with proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Experience using AI-native IDEs such as Cursor or Replit
• Demonstrated history of building agents or automated workflows
• 5+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or similar roles defining product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering
• Personal portfolio of AI projects solving real-life problems
• Experience fine-tuning models for specific business or customer-facing use cases
