Senior Manager, Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic nexus between the Product team and cross-functional operations partners to ensure high standards of customer experience.
• Orchestrate weekly cross-functional syncs with sourcing, procurement, culinary, and fulfillment teams to align on launches and identify bottlenecks.
• Tackle real-time operational hurdles by providing decisive product guidance and partnering with operations to resolve in-week issues.
• Collaborate with Menu Operations to optimize weekly offerings, track menu costs, and manage changes due to inventory or ingredient constraints.
• Harness data using SQL, Tableau, and AI to drive insights regarding excess inventory, waste reduction, and budget alignment.
• Validate long-lead forecasting and contracting assumptions alongside sourcing and procurement partners.
• Lead the Post-Launch Review process to capture and action learnings from new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, Product Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product, operations, menu planning, or analytics, preferably within the food or food tech industries.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data extraction and visualization.
• Advanced experience with Google Suite applications.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and business reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or a relevant Master's degree.
