About the role
Responsibilities
- Author long-form positioning documents for product marketing campaigns
- Derive web copy, sales decks, one-pagers, and demo scripts from core positioning
- Translate complex platform capabilities into market-facing language
- Train BDRs, AEs, and CSMs on new positioning and build enablement assets
- Run quarterly launch programs for new product releases
- Use customer call transcripts and competitor research to keep positioning current
- Partner with CS to source case studies and reference accounts
- Implement AI-native workflows using tools like Claude to increase throughput
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Proven track record in launch programs, category creation, or competitive displacement
- Experience with complex platform products (orchestration, infrastructure, or multi-stakeholder workflows)
- Proficiency in using AI tools for research, drafting, and synthesis
