Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy across the consumer journey for the consumer experience
• Define and refine the overarching consumer value proposition and product positioning
• Partner with Consumer Product to influence the product roadmap using customer and competitive insights
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers
• Represent the voice of the consumer using NPS and other customer insights
• Build and standardize GTM frameworks and playbooks for new products and features
• Synthesize complex data and research into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
• Partner with Creative and Performance Marketing teams to drive the performance creative roadmap
• Lead cross-functional working teams across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering
• Establish clear goals, success metrics, and reporting for consumer product marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a writing-intensive or quantitative major
• 8+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years in product marketing
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience in consumer, B2C, or marketplace businesses
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Proven track record leading GTM strategy and execution
• Experience translating customer insights and data into strategy and messaging
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
