Senior Manager, Product Market Readiness & Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine multi-year go-to-market (GTM) and business operations strategies for the Xfinity Consumer Product Marketing portfolio
• Partner with product leads to translate product vision into clear operational and cross-functional GTM plans
• Serve as the GTM lead for specific products, ensuring all functions deliver inputs on time and to standard
• Build and maintain operating rhythms, performance dashboards, and decision frameworks to enable seamless execution
• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation plans to ensure organizational readiness ahead of launches and feature releases
• Develop scenario models and operational impact analyses to inform strategic decisions and evaluate product performance
• Build strong relationships across Product, Marketing, Finance, Regions, and Operations stakeholders to drive alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7-10 years of experience in strategy and development, product management, consulting, or business operations
• Proven expertise in cross-functional leadership and managing complex stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience structuring and presenting data-driven recommendations
• Thorough understanding of the product development lifecycle processes, procedures, and tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build frameworks from scratch
• Exceptional communication and executive-ready presentation skills
