Senior Manager, Product Manager-Retail Bank Platform Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact product organization responsible for end-to-end customer journey confidence and platform products.
• Oversee the customer journey verification ecosystem to eliminate manual testing and unlock robust production validation.
• Manage a portfolio including enterprise-grade testing tools, transformative production-testing capabilities, and observability initiatives.
• Drive organizational alignment by leading cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems.
• Deliver innovative and resilient solutions by leveraging technology to create both near-term and long-term value.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading change and technical shifts across complex organizational structures.
• Experience designing and executing advanced production validation strategies.
• Experience working within cloud-native banking architectures, payment gateways, or highly regulated financial environments.
• Understanding of building and optimizing modern CI/CD pipelines.
