Senior Manager, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own Navigator product strategy and vision, including the conversational interface and workflow agents
• Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing Product Management team
• Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional roadmaps in partnership with Engineering, AI/ML, and Design
• Define and measure business outcomes using engagement and retention metrics
• Shape the company's AI product narrative and act as a subject matter expert
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Customer Success, and Data leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based solutions
• 4+ years of experience managing or mentoring product managers
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products in B2B SaaS
• Understanding of agentic AI architectures (LLM orchestration, RAG, multi-agent patterns)
• Strong data fluency with tools like Mixpanel or Snowflake
• Experience in private capital markets (VC, PE, M&A)
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
