Senior Manager, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of 8+ product managers within the Enterprise Engineering Services organization
• Set team direction to ensure individual roadmaps align with EES strategy and OCI priorities
• Establish rigorous PM practices, including requirements definition, roadmap management, and OKR setting
• Partner with engineering and architecture leadership to ensure the product portfolio is scalable and technically sound
• Serve as the senior PM voice in executive forums, representing product priorities to OCI leadership
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across HR, legal, compliance, and security
• Manage cross-product dependencies and resource allocation at the portfolio level
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer empathy, and data-informed decision making

Requirements

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience in people leadership and managing multiple product managers
• Expertise in Budget Planning and Product Deployment Strategies
• Strong skills in Product Documentation and roadmap management
• Demonstrated commitment to Servant Leadership principles
