About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Core & Identity team in managing the enterprise system of record that anchors the digital ecosystem for over 100 million customers
- Act as a steward of foundational data and secure access to ensure seamless, personalized, and protected digital interactions
- Drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology-driven product solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, and integrated problem solving
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing
- OR a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
