Senior Manager, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the Global Payment Network by managing technologies and processes that facilitate money movement across domestic and international rails
• Drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology-driven product solutions
• Manage relationships, technologies, and processes to maximize customer value and optimize costs
• Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
• Apply a human-centered approach to reimagine and innovate product solutions based on customer needs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems)
• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
