Senior Manager, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to foster innovation and accountability
• Drive product strategy and execution across multiple initiatives to align with business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, AI, regulatory, and commercial teams
• Guide the team through the full product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap planning to launch
• Champion user-centric design and data-driven decision-making across the product portfolio
• Support hiring, performance management, and career development for the product team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8-12 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in product management with experience launching healthcare solutions
• 7+ years of experience managing and mentoring product teams
• 4+ years of experience leading AI-driven product initiatives, including machine learning or predictive analytics
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and regulatory environments such as FDA and HIPAA
• Experience in the cardiovascular field and knowledge of cardiovascular disease
• Understanding of global healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and payer dynamics
• Certifications in Product, Project, or Agile Scrum roles
