Senior Manager, Product Development Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of NAND Technology Reliability engineers
• Develop and execute memory qualification strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the complete qualification lifecycle from requirements gathering to successful qualification
• Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines
• Make critical technical decisions based on performance and reliability checkpoint data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineering, test engineering, and product management
• Develop and implement performance metrics to track team productivity and quality
• Represent the team in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions

Requirements

• MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field
• 13+ years of experience in reliability testing, product development engineering, or failure analysis
• 7+ years of experience in a management role handling at least 10 members
• Strong technical knowledge in semiconductor domain, device physics, and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and scale engineering teams
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in budget management and resource planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NAND Flash Reliability testing
• Experience in semiconductor, automotive, or electronics industries
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in C Programming and scripting (Python/Shell)
• Experience with cross-functional team leadership in matrix organizations
