Senior Manager, Product Data Science & Experimentation

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experimentation operating system, including governance, standards, lifecycle, and quality controls
• Define and enforce experimentation standards for design, metric selection, and statistical validity
• Drive experimentation velocity and coverage across product surfaces
• Establish a single source of truth for experimentation health and outcomes
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to align on priorities
• Identify and eliminate systemic failure modes in experimentation design
• Improve experimentation literacy and self-service capabilities across the organisation
• Design and scale frameworks, documentation, and tooling to make correct experimentation the default

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science, experimentation, or product analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, statistical experimentation, and causal inference
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve end-to-end experimentation systems
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product and Engineering
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience improving experimentation governance or operating models at scale
• Experience driving experimentation adoption across multiple product teams or brands
• Experience working in high-scale environments like marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel
• Experience with SaaS experimentation tools such as Statsig, Eppo, or Growthbook
