Senior Manager, Product Application

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Product Application group, ensuring service-level agreements for quote lead times and on-time delivery are met.
• Distribute workload effectively by understanding team member strengths and development areas to maximize output and accountability.
• Drive productivity through cross-functional process improvements and automation projects to reduce cost to serve.
• Coach and develop Product Application associates to become consultative sales partners who add value to front-end processes.
• Utilize reporting tools and daily management outputs to provide intelligent insights and improve data speed and quality.
• Act as the primary point person for the implementation and assimilation of new products or features into front-end processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience in the HVAC/R industry.
• 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specifically working in product application.
• Process improvement certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
