Senior Manager Procurement Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes, governance, and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations to optimize ways of working.
• Harmonize procurement processes, KPIs, reporting, and governance across different countries to enable scalable operations.
• Manage strategic procurement and transformation projects from initial concept through to implementation.
• Support the development and execution of the Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Procurement Transformation, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment, ideally within Retail, E-Commerce, or Healthcare.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI, ERP, or Procurement systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in management consulting with a specific focus on Procurement or Operations.
