Senior Manager, Procurement Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional procurement operations programs that support business priorities and functional strategy.
• Own end-to-end execution of complex procurement initiatives across intake, request review, PO creation, and downstream financial handoffs.
• Design scalable processes, metrics, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction while improving compliance and accountability.
• Identify recurring operational issues and build systems, playbooks, or process improvements to prevent repeat problems.
• Partner with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Security, and Accounting to improve governance, reporting, and the overall stakeholder experience.
• Review requests in procurement systems to resolve operational issues and use those patterns to improve the lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of procurement operations, P2P, sourcing, finance, or business operations experience in a fast-moving environment.
• High AI fluency with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve work quality, speed, and scalability.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational programs with measurable improvements in service quality or cycle time.
• Strong systems orientation with experience using procurement, ERP, or workflow tools (e.g., Zip, Oracle, Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Jira).
• Advanced procurement operations judgment and the ability to resolve complex tasks independently.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate tradeoffs between speed, control, and risk.
