Senior Manager, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead short-term strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and deliver cost savings, specifically within Corporate Services categories.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Technology, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Digital, and Merchandising to align priorities and advance time-sensitive activities.
• Perform procurement data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and present concise performance updates and key metrics to leadership with minimal direction.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support various time-bound procurement activities and execute end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an operational procurement environment or a combination of procurement consulting and operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Procurement.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret procurement data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools used for contract negotiation and data analysis.
