Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of pricing strategy across acquisition, retail, wholesale, and export channels
• Analyze offer pricing, conversion, and margin performance to improve volume and capital efficiency
• Design and run A/B pricing experiments to test and improve strategies
• Refine pricing curves using market data to optimize conversion and profitability
• Analyze inventory velocity, spread, and days-to-sell
• Partner with Data Engineering, Operations, and Finance to build scalable reporting
• Translate data and market insights into clear recommendations for leadership

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, BizOps, or consulting
• Strong analytical foundation with SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and advanced spreadsheet modeling
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through data
• Strong business judgment regarding marketplace dynamics and unit economics
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Ability to work from the downtown Toronto headquarters
